Virtual Zoom Social

Once a month, I set up a Zoom meeting to see members and possible members of the Society. I have hosted three Virtual Zoom Socials so far, and it has been interesting.

We covered different kinds of topics. Number one was about letters, postage, and mail delivery. We shared how we store our pen pal letters and postcards. We discussed typewriters, pens, and cute stickers. I learned new things from different members. They enabled me to shop from different stationery stores. HaHa! We are all enablers.

One topic I got into was location. We have members from Chile, Germany, the United Kingdom, Canada, and of course, the USA. One of our members from Chile joined our Virtual Zoom Social, and he told us quite a lot of things about Chile. It’s interesting to know about the country’s culture and traditions, but we all ended up talking about food. HaHa! The Zoom meeting is scheduled for around lunchtime. That’s why we got hungry.
